University Campus Suffolk Phase II

This large building on Orwell Quay has gone up quickly - a contrast to the work stopped at Regatta Quay and The Mill, and a reminder how lucky Ipswich is in having had publicly funded work at UCS, Suffolk New College and Suffolk One. UCS II is an academic building not to be confused with Athena Hall, the residential block nearby. It should open in January.
